Welcome to Slot Trails. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Slot Trails app (“App”), provided by Slotttails Corp (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Slot Trails allows users in the State of Georgia to earn points by playing slot machines at participating locations. Points can be redeemed for discounts at local and online small businesses. The App displays slot machine locations and facilitates point collection through barcode scanning.

  1. User Responsibilities
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
  • Account Creation: You are required to create an account with accurate personal information, including your name, email address, and phone number, to access the App’s features.
  • Point Collection: You may earn points by putting $10 or more into slot machines at participating locations. Points are awarded at the location owner’s discretion, and you may receive points up to twice a day per location.
  • Referrals: You can gain additional points by referring friends. Your friend must enter your referral code during sign-up to qualify for the points.
  1. Fees and Payments
  • Free Sign-Up: The App is free to sign up and use.
  • Premium Features: Access to certain features, such as viewing free play offers or sharing rewards, may require one-time fees or subscriptions. Additional in-app purchases may also be available.
  1. Content and Intellectual Property

Slott Tech Ent LLC owns all content and intellectual property related to the App. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written consent.

  1. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

  1. Limitation of Liability and Compliance
  • We are not responsible for service interruptions or delays that may occur while using our app or website.
  • We are not liable for any illegal or unlawful activities conducted by users or third parties while using our platform.
  • Our platform adheres to the rules and regulations governing game machines in the State of Georgia.
  1. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or misuse of the App.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to Game Machines you play or its use should first be addressed with the location owner. If you encounter issues with the App itself, please contact us through the App for resolution. When purchasing from Slot Trails Store, all sales are final and no refund will be given

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, including all applicable Georgia Lottery Game Machine Laws.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
